As part of the premium or community package, you have the reassurance that your cookbook is fully checked by our expert design team.
Our team requires around 1 to 2 business days to design check your book. *Proof reading of text is not included by our service.

1. Image correction
Personal images are brightened. However, this depends on the original quality of the images.
You can request our team not to colour correct your images.

2. Alignment check
We make sure all your recipe text and additional text are within the safety margin before we remove the guides. *The design check service does not include editing recipes or text.

3. Image quality
Your images are special and sometimes optimal quality may not always be possible. While checking the quality of images is done by you, our team will let you know if any of your images will not print at all.
To check images, zoom inside your book at 200%. What you see at this magnification is a good indication of how they will appear in print.

4. Food image library
Some images from our food and background library have watermarks.
Our team replaces all watermarked with the high-resolution version.

5. Index, Contents & page numbers
If you have allocated a minimum of one or more pages in the back of your book, we generate an a-z index. The index script selects all recipe headings that have the same font and size.
We also check the content page and page numbers. Our logo is displayed at the back of the book either on a conversion page, index, or notes page.

6. Flipbook
After checking your book including removing the guides we generate your flipbook ready for a final check. The flipbook is displayed how it will look in print.
Please check every page including all changes to images made by our team before signing off. *We do not edit any recipe text or any other text.
