If you enjoy eating fruit and vegetables that are seasonable then the ‘Seasons’ template is for you. Locally produced food grown in sync with the seasons is fresher and requires less energy making it a much more sustainable way to eat. Eating local and seasonal food supports the local community, producers, and farmers. There are so many benefits of eating a diverse diet all year round and intuitively we want to eat root veggies in winter, sprouting veggies in spring, and cooling veggies in summer.
